1. The effect is significantly worsened;

2. The return air pressure increases and the exhaust pressure drops;

3. When the four pipelines on the four-way valve are normal: 2 should be high temperature and 2 should be low temperature; after the gas is blown, it will become more than 3 high temperature (or normal temperature).

1. When the pressure difference between the left and right piston chambers is greater than the friction resistance f, the four-way valve starts to change direction;

2. Conversely, if the compressor displacement is less than the intermediate flow rate of the four-way valve, the minimum operating pressure difference required for the four-way valve reversing cannot be established, that is, F1-F2 <f, and the four-way valve cannot continue to reversing. Judgment method of four-way valve air leakage

1) Touch the three pipes below the four-way valve by hand. If they are all hot, it means that the four-way valve is not in place, and it is in a state of interflowing air.

2) A small magnet can also be used. The small magnet does not move with it when the direction is reversed, which also indicates gas flow. Fill the system with a certain amount of refrigerant, and then it can be switched in place.

When the main slide valve moves to the middle position, the three ESC pipes of the four-way valve are connected to each other, and the refrigerant discharged from the compressor flows from the D pipe of the four-way valve directly to the S pipe (the return pipe of the compressor) through the EC pipe to make the pressure difference instantaneous. If the displacement of the compressor is greater than the intermediate flow rate of the four-way valve, a sufficient reversing pressure difference can be established so that the four-way valve is reversing in place.
